I met Sarah when I was pregnant with my second child 10 years ago. I was having lower back problems at the time and the sessions combining movement, stretching and massage were so nurturing. She also cared for me during my 3rd pregnancy. The atmosphere of the studio is special. Lots of sun and good energy. Extremely clean and serene. You meet such extraordinary people there. Its a beautiful facility and a pleasure to come there twice a week.
